By accessing Yosieart, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Yosieart restricts access from certain regions to comply with local regulatory frameworks. By accessing this site, you represent and warrant that you are viewing this content from a jurisdiction where the consumption of such material is legal and permitted.
2. Nature of Content
This studio features fine art depicting nudity, eroticism, and dark fantasy themes (horror/demonic aesthetics). By entering, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily viewing such content.
3. Character Depiction & Likeness
The characters and subjects depicted in these artworks are fictitious artistic creations. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, is entirely coincidental and unintentional. No real person's likeness has been knowingly misappropriated for these works.
All characters depicted in these artworks represent adults 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority, whichever is higher). No minors are depicted, implied, or referenced in any artwork presented on this site.
4. Intellectual Property
All artwork, text, code, and design elements are the exclusive property of Yosieart.
Public Domain & Derivative Works
Our collections (including "Darkly Ever After" and future series) frequently reference characters or themes from the public domain. However, the specific artistic execution, "dark/evil" reinterpretations, character designs, and compositions presented here are original derivative works created by Yosieart.
These specific renditions are fully protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, modified, or used simply because the underlying character name is in the public domain.
5. License & Prohibitions
Permitted Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the site for personal, non-commercial appreciation.
- You may not use any artwork for commercial purposes without a formal, ink-signed license.
- You may not mint these works as NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens).
- You may not use these works to train Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning models.
- Scraping or automated data extraction is strictly prohibited.
6. Sales & Replacements
Due to the digital nature of access and the custom nature of physical prints, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind."
Damaged Goods Policy
If your physical artwork arrives damaged, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost. To qualify for a replacement, you must:
- Contact studio@yosieart.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage to the artwork itself.
- Provide clear photographic evidence of the packaging (this helps us file claims with our shipping partners).
Upon verification of the photos, a new print will be dispatched to you immediately.
7. Limitation of Liability
The site and art are provided "as is." Yosieart assumes no liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, or for your access to content that may be restricted in your local jurisdiction.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of California.
